Anna Knieriem knows not only as a result of her formal experience, competencies, qualifications and further training from the organizational world, but rather also from her own personal experiences how difficult change can be. At the same time, she has also experienced which approaches are helpful to go through such changes and to grow from them in the end.

Anna Knieriem is distinguished by her more than 20 years of experience in international organizational development as a consultant.
She has led over 200 workshops and trainings in English, German and Polish, most of which she developed herself.
Her p
assion lies in designing, facilitating and implementing change.
The focus is on enabling individuals, teams and organizations to achieve optimal development and healthy growth. She places great emphasis on involving those involved and affected.
With many years of leadership experience in a global high-tech company with employees in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and America she understands how to work with different cultures and develop common solutions.

Until 2020, Anna has mainly managed and supported projects in Asia, Europe and the USA, working with executives at all hierarchical levels up to the board of directors. 

In recent years, Anna has focused in particular on the start-up and scale-up environment, in which she has already accompanied many successful changes - both as an external consultant and as a leader.

Her experience in corporate, mid-market and start-up environments makes her particularly qualified to accompany organizations of any size in their transformations.
