Next to Anna's formal business related experiences, competencies, qualifications and further training (which you can find at the end of this page), Anna knows from her very personal experiences how difficult changes can be but also what is helpful to actually thrive and grow on them. 

Up to the age of seven Anna spent a wonderful childhood in Poland. Even though the country faced a lot of difficulties under the communist regime, she felt no need for a change. Her parents had a different view. In 1986 her family moved to West-Germany without informing or involving her in that decision. You might think:

"Understandably! You can't involve everyone in such a decision!" You might be right.

At the same time we know how much more difficult a change is when we are not part of it from the beginning. That is not different in organizational changes which impact individuals, too.

Anna stands out due to her over 15 years of experience in international organizational development, mainly as an internal consultant.
She has led more than 200 workshops and training sessions in English, German and Polish, most of which she developed herself.
Her passion lies in the design, support and implementation of changes. The focus is on enabling individuals, teams and organizations to develop and grow. She attaches great importance to the involvement of those involved and those affected.
Thanks to her many years of leadership experience (direct reports in Europe and Asia) in a global high-tech company, she knows very well how to work with different cultures and to develop common solutions.
In the past 5 years, she has mainly led and supported projects in Asia (China and Singapore), Europe and the USA (east coast), working with managers at all hierarchical levels up to the board.
