About Changellence

Changellence was founded in 2020 with one clear belief: real transformation requires more than workshops and motivational speeches. It requires the willingness to go through the cocoon – the uncomfortable middle part where old structures dissolve before new ones emerge.

Why Changellence Exists

​

After 10 years leading organizational development teams in large corporations, I (Anna Knieriem) saw the same pattern again and again: Change initiatives that started with energy but faded within months.

Leaders who wanted their teams to transform but weren't willing to question themselves.

Consultants who delivered feel-good workshops instead of telling the uncomfortable truth.

 

I founded Changellence to do it differently.

Not quick fixes. Not rigid playbooks. Not generic solutions.

But real transformation – messy, uncomfortable, and sustainable.

​

The name combines what we stand for: embracing change while pursuing excellence.

​

Our butterfly logo represents metamorphosis – the process where the caterpillar dissolves completely in the cocoon before the butterfly emerges. That's what real organizational change looks like.

​

Not everything needs to be destroyed. What's worth preserving remains. But some structures, behaviors, and beliefs must dissolve before something new can emerge.
