A House That Knows What Transformation Feels Like
2024: 10 months of construction. Complete gutting of this house.

Before, I had this fantasy it would "somehow work out." Maybe just a bit of renovation. Keep the structure, just freshen it up.
A couple weeks later, I stood in front of torn-down walls and knew: There are no shortcuts.

What I learned about change in the process:

You'll have to make decisions with incomplete information. No one has the master plan. You don't either.

You'll hire people who don't perform. And you'll have to let them go, even when there's no replacement lined up.

At month 3, 6, and 9, you'll think: "Why am I doing this to myself?" The answer doesn't come immediately. You keep going anyway.

Everyone will tell you there's an easier way. There isn't.
Today, these are my seminar and coaching rooms. Not because the result is perfect, but because the process was real.
Real transformation isn't a workshop concept with colorful Post-its. It's uncomfortable, lengthy, and sometimes frustrating. But it's the only way genuine change happens.

Getting Here
Wacholderheide 5, 12623 Berlin
By public transport (from Ostkreuz, approx. 30 min):

Take the S5 to S-Bhf. Mahlsdorf (approx. 15 min from Ostkreuz).

At the station exit, board Bus 395 toward U-Bhf Hönow.

Stay on for 6 stops and alight at Lemkestr./Kieler Str.

Walk ca. 300 m along Kieler Str. to Wacholderheide 5.

By car (from Ostkreuz, approx. 25–30 min):

Follow the B1/B5 toward Mahlsdorf.

Continue via Hönower Straße, turn right to "Am Rosenhag", then turn left and find Wacholderheide 5 on your left.

Ample parking is available directly at the workshop rooms.
30 minutes is an investment.
